Job Description:
We are currently looking for a an experienced Healthcare
Recruiter to work on full cycle recruitment in the Physician
Recruitment area. We are looking for a detailed orientated
individual to join a team that is experiencing tremendous growth
and someone who will be aggressive and hands-on. Candidates must
have Healthcare recruiting experience. Strong speaking, written
skills and PC skills are required as is the ability to interact
with NPs, PAs, Registered Nurses and Physicians. Strong
interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast paced
environment is a must for the position. We have developed a very
detailed and driven process to work on behalf of our client to find
the best Physician for their organization.A very attractive
compensation package which includes base, commission, bonus and
401K package is available to the right candidate. The position is
office based just north of Milwaukee.
