Projects the candidate will be working on:These 2 resources are for the ISDM project (Integrated Specialty Drug Management) aimed at reducing the total cost of care for specialty drug and careIdeal Background:Technical resource with strong analytical and programming skills.Healthcare and Pharmacy knowledge is desirableTeam and Team size:1 Scrum Master, 8 engineers including QA, 2 product analysts, onsite and offshore teamTop Responsibilities:- Work in a fast paced agile development team- Program with high quality code and low error rate- Work collaboratively in a team environment- Self starter that doesn"t require much guidanceSkills/attributes Required:- Strong programming experience with Javascript, Java, or C#. Minimum 3 years- 2+ years experience with Microservices design and design patterns- 1+ year experience with Docker and Kubernetes technologies- 2+ years experience with messaging and ESB technologies - Kafka, API gateway- Rules Engine and AI experience is desirable .Skills/attributes Preferred :- Good communication skills- Able to collaborate within and outside teams, and easily adapt to changing environmentInterview Process:How many rounds? 1 screening written test, 1 interview with 2-3 team membersVideo, phone, or in person?
