Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented ITS Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to direct engineering staff work and manage traffic engineering projects .
What You'll Be Doing:

• 
  Setting up and managing traffic and transportation technology related projects.
  
  
• 
  lead specific tasks as needed to ensure the success of projects.
  
  
• 
  Work closely with engineers, software developers and IT professionals to plan and implement project solutions
  
  
• 
  Track project tasks, deliverables and budgets
  
  
• 
  asses risks and monitor risks throughout projects
  
  
• 
  Work with other project managers and team members to support the success and growth of the region.
  
  
• 
  Attend conferences and other activities to promote growth and business development
  
  
• 
  Help manage and support the growth of supporting staff.
  
  
  What Required Skills You'll Bring:

    Registered PE in Illinois
    
    
  • 
    10 + years of related experience
    
    
  • 
    Experience managing transportation projects and/or engineering programs
    
    
  • 
    Traffic engineering and ITS experience

      Good understanding of the operations of local and regional transportation agencies
      
      
      Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field and typically 10+ years of related work experience is required. Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background. Professional registration may also be required.

      Salary Range:
      $113,100.00 - $219,400.00
