QA Automation Team Lead Pay from $121,000 to $150,000 per year

solutions while fostering collaboration and excellence within your

Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for
people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Manage a
team of QA analysts, fostering strong collaboration and driving
high performance. Represent Test Automation to QA and IT
leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Balance
strategic oversight with hands-on testing to ensure quality and
efficiency. Implement best practices, policies and procedures to
optimize QA processes. Track and report quality metrics, ensuring
continuous improvement and accountability. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science or a
related field. 5 years of scripting experience in a QA Automation
Engineer role. Experience programming with a modern language such
as JavaScript, Jscript or Python. Strong understanding of SQL, API
testing and Agile. Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test
