Description: Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor this salaried
position provides customer facing technical support to amusement
machine products and performs warehouse duties to achieve optimum
storage, fulfillment and servicing of RBCC products. This position
is primarily located in our warehouse. Responsibilities:
Responsible for any and all technical aspects of RBCC product line.
This includes any game or product under the RBCC umbrella. This
involves unloading, unpacking, storing, technical setup, repacking,
and shipping of game units. Technician will be responsible for the
repair and maintenance of all test and development games both in
house and at various test locations. This requires having a working
understanding of system functionality for all RBCC games.
Technician must have the ability to accurately troubleshoot
electronic systems to board level. Interact with customers and
Warehouse Supervisor to provide the highest level of customer
service Technician will oversee field test units for all RBCC
products. Duties will include location set up of games and
servicing of all test games while on location. Technician must use
diagnostic and analytical skills to troubleshoot game issues prior
to traveling to a location. Technician must have good communication
skills. Technician must be organized and have all tools and parts
needed for a given repair or replacement while on location.
Technician must convey any follow- up information to appropriate
location personnel as well as RBCC personnel. Must have a valid
driver’s license and be willing to do minimal travel. Technician
must be willing to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays
as necessary. Technician will be responsible for assisting on an as
needed basis with game testing, light moving of games and
equipment, and light office maintenance such as furniture assembly,
moving, picture hanging etc. Technician will submit a weekly
written status report to the department head weekly, due each
Friday. Technician’s core hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday
thru Friday. Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must demonstrate an understanding of coin-operated amusement
machine function and assembly. Excellent organizational and
multitasking abilities Excellent customer service skills – via
phone, email or in person Must demonstrate an understanding of
basic electronics and have basic electronics training Must be able
to use a multi meter Must understand proper use of hand tools Must
have good written and verbal communication skills Must possess a
valid driver’s license. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and
stand for extended periods. Ability to operate warehouse equipment
–forklift and pallet jack is preferred. We are committed to
