Job Description:
Position- Deployment Lead Location- Hoffman Estates, IL remote
Duration- 03 Months contract (High Possibility to extend) Key
Responsibilities: Plan and Coordinate Deployments: Own the
end-to-end cutover and deployment strategy for Billing and
integrated systems. Develop and maintain deployment schedules and
documentation. Ensure that all deployment activities adhere to
organizational standards and compliance requirements. Define
detailed runbooks, rollback plans, and checklists to ensure smooth
transitions across environments. Drive day-of-deployment execution
and coordinate resources across IT, business, and vendor teams.
Post-Deployment Reviews: Conduct post-deployment reviews and
retrospectives. Continuously improve deployment playbooks,
processes, and tooling. Educational Background: B achelor’s degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 3 years of experience in deployment or release
management for Billing system preferably in salesforce eco system.
Experience with high-stakes cutovers involving both cloud and
legacy systems. Proven track record of managing enterprise
deployments involving Salesforce and ERP/financial systems.
Technical Skills: Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce deployments.
Understanding of integration platforms such as Boomi/ MuleSoft,
Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate. Experience with CI/CD tools
and practices (e.g., Harness, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps,
AutoRABIT, Copado). Proficiency in version control, scripting and
change management.
