Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior BI Analyst to join our dynamic team in the healthcare industry. This role is for those who are passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to drive business improvement and optimize performance. The Senior BI Analyst will be involved in strategic projects and will collaborate with various teams across the organization. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining BI solutions that will provide the data necessary for strategic decision-making. Why join us? Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions using Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Dashboards, Power BI, Data Management, ETL, Tableau, Python, SQL, Data reporting, SAP HANA. 2. Analyze complex data sets and convert them into information that can help drive decision making. 3. Collaborate with various teams across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement. 4. Design and create data reports using various reporting tools to help the business make informed decisions. 5. Monitor data quality, identify data inconsistencies, and work on data cleansing. 6. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau. 7. Ensure the data security and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 8. Train end-users on new reports and dashboards. 9. Provide technical leadership to the team and guide them in resolving complex data issues. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence role, preferably in the Healthcare industry. 3. Strong experience in Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Dashboards, Power BI, Data Management, ETL, Tableau, Python, SQL, Data reporting, SAP HANA. 4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. 5. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and structures, cubes, and schemas. 6. Experience in data modeling, data cleaning, and data enrichment techniques. 7. Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and best practices. 8. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 10. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
