Job Description:
Legal Counsel (Schaumburg, IL) needed by Prominence Hospitality
Group to draft & negotiate mgmt contracts & correct implmtn of
franchise contracts; dvlp corporate structures, involving joint
ventures & minority interest; utilize outside counsel efficiently;
provide strategic legal counsel to stakeholders on corporate
matters, incl regulatory compliance, bus.
