Overview We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney
who is motivated, client-focused, and aspires for long-term growth
within the firm. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a
strong practice, with the potential for leadership in the future.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload efficiently while
maintaining high standards of client service. Stay current on
changes in laws and regulations. Collaborate with other attorneys
on various legal matters if desired. Participate in client
consultations and case strategy development. (Optional) Opportunity
to expand into other practice areas or bring an existing practice
to the firm. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an
accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Illinois. Prefer
a minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law. Strong
analytical, communication, and client service skills. Ability to
work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary: base pay $100,000.00
plus bonus , commensurate with experience. Performance-based
