Your Mission Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure that cargo is picked up and delivered to our valued customers on time, maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and punctuality. Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to plan and follow efficient routes, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal fuel usage. Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, handling questions or issues with empathy. Problem-Solving Skills: Think quickly and adapt when faced with challenges such as traffic delays or address changes to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries. Route Details & Schedule (South Bend Area) Compensation: $95 per day (Average Weekly Commission). Schedule: 5 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Start/End Time: 5:30pm Start, typically completing the route by 7:30pmor completion. Required Vehicle: Sprinter or larger. Weekly Mileage: Approximately 350 miles (70 miles/day). Daily Stops: Averages 2 stops daily. Geographic Area: South Bend to Saint Joseph, MI. Sorting: None required. Requirements Vehicle Requirements Candidates must possess a Sprinter or larger . The vehicle must be 2016 model year or newer . This ensures the vehicle meets modern safety and reliability standards and provides adequate space for cargo.
