To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people.**We are looking for a Sunday thru Thursday Dispatcher with great customer service skills and very organized. Hours Sun 9:30 am -6:00 pm, Mon-Thurs 11:30 am - 8:00 pm** HVAC experience preferable or very strong dispatching skillsThe dispatcher position is responsible for managing a regional area of technicians that provide HVAC service to our commercial customers. The position requires constant communication over the phone and on the computer with the technicians and clients to coordinate field service calls both maintenance and emergency.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* Efficiently route technicians, accounting for skill level, daily to maximize profit and limiting travel costs* Manage technician workload, coordinating service, PM, quotes, and projects while meeting SLA's (Service Level Agreement)* Manage/Communicate to customers via 3rd party systems with accurate notes/updates* Support technicians in the field and track/maintain paperworkDispatcher Requirements* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Capacity for critical problem solving* High-level communication ability---* Ability to create and maintain relationships with field personnel and corporate clients* Comfort in a fast-paced office environment, with lots of multi-tasking* Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office* Self-motivation and eagerness to work within a team environment* Confident decision-making ability in time-sensitive situations.Metro Tech offers:* Medical, Dental and Vision* Two Weeks vacation* 6 paid Holidays* Sick Time* 401 K that is matched after 1 year of employment* Casual work environment* Competitive salary* Growth withinIf you are looking to develop valuable skills in a great, fun, and friendly office environment then this is the job for you!This is a full-time position.
