We''re experiencing rapid growth and looking for an Office Assistant to join our team!As Office Assistant, you''ll be the first point of contact for employees and guests and integral to supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.To be successful in this role, you''re able to work diligently under pressure, have a high attention to detail and discretion and enjoy finding new ways to deliver better results. If this sounds like you, let''s talk!Role & Responsibilities Organize office procedures and assist the President & associates in ways that optimize time and costs President admin proofread and edit documents, manage calendar & appointment reminders, deliver daily office reports, perform occasional errands. Support HR department with employee relations, establishing company regulations, and associated document management etc. Assist recruitment team with resume screening, candidate sourcing and interviewing. Maintain and manage special projects, such as developing and/or tracking new deliverables such as documents, reports, spread sheets or forms Create and update records, office procedures, project tracking that ensures accuracy and validity of information Manage inventory of office supplies and handle shortages Help resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues in a timely manner Schedule, plan and prepare for client and internal staff meeting Requirements 3+ years office administration, management or executive support experience with progressive responsibilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving High level of proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and Internet research Strong written and verbal communication skills Tip The Scales HR and/or recruiting experience a plus Experience in QuickBooks a plus Experience in payroll processing is a plus Benefits Health insurance premium reimbursement Paid time off Professional development assistanceby Jobble
