Job Description:

Rely Services is a leading global Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) firm serving the Financial Services, Legal, High-Tech, Manufacturing and Healthcare industries. We're experiencing rapid growth, and looking for an Office Manager to join our team!

As Office Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for employees and guests and integral to supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

To be successful in this role, you'll demonstrate a high attention to detail and discretion, work diligently under pressure and enjoy finding new ways to deliver better results. Additionally, you'll provide exceptional customer service with a positive, professional and thoughtful attitude.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage & maintain daily operational procedures for company's HQ location guest reception, managing office supply inventory, distribute mail, maintain office cleanliness
  • Provide administrative assistance to company leadership such as document creation, proofreading and editing, daily office reports, assisting with AR/AP, payroll or other financials, manage calendar & appointment reminders
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department including employee relations, internal policies & regulations, recruiting and associated document management
  • Assist with project management, by tracking new deliverables, collaborating with appropriate team members and reporting project status updates to leadership in a timely manner
  • Create and update records, office procedures, project tracking that ensures accuracy and validity of information
  • Help resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues in a timely manner


Requirements
  • 3+ years office administration, reception or executive support experience with progressive responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and be deadline driven
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • High level of proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and Internet research
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Tip The Scales
  • Experience in QuickBooks preferred
  • HR and/or recruiting experience a plus
  • Experience in AR/AP or payroll processing a plus
