Schaumburg, IL. This is a 6 month W2 contract position with a

Reporting to our Recruiting Manager, the Technical Recruiter
will be a part of our Technical Talent Acquisition team and will be
responsible for sourcing, recruitment, interviewing and placement
functions for IT positions with our base of clients throughout the
US on a contract, project recruiting, contract-to-hire and Direct
Hire basis. You will also recruit and source for internal Corporate
positions, which includes technical, sales, customer service, admin
and management role. (Internal & external recruiting). This is a
full Lifecycle recruiting role, including HR functions and employee

Hybrid Schedule -- Majority remote position but should be able
to come to Schaumburg office for training, team meetings, etc., as
Competitive Hourly rate
- Candidate should have 2-3+ years in a recruitment function,
which includes sourcing/recruiting for technical roles
- Candidate needs to have a HIGH sense of urgency and should
possess experience in recruitment of IT roles such as Help Desk,
Desktop Support, Engineers, Deployment projects, etc.
- Staffing/Recruiting industry recruiting is a plus but not
- Recruiting in other functions such as sales, customer service,
mgmt, and admin roles
- Ability to coach & mentor alongside the others as needed
- Solid understanding of HR functions and policies and strong
- Professional communication and written skills
- Various ATS experience & Social Media recruitment
