Experience: Would like to see New college graduate looking for experience out of college or they will need to have a Minimum of 2 years experienceESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSTroubleshoot and resolve customer system and access issues through cases, chat or phone callsSalesforce Case ManagementChat SupportNetwork with internal business partners in order to resolve a customer's issuesPerform user setups as it relates to Portal accessExercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications during customer interactionsAnalyze and resolve moderately complex system issuesProactively utilize strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer-focused solutionsRecommend continuous process improvements within the teamDESIRED BEHAVIORSCustomer-focused; detail-oriented individualA confident individual who is willing to assume responsibilityAdaptive and flexible (processes)Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervisionIndividual contributor and team playerTemp OnlyTemporarily remote to start but will be asked to be onsite 1 day for PC setup and for some training approx 7-10 days total - will eventually go back into the office fulltimeWork Schedule (Will this resource work any OT?): 8am -5pm (No OT, or very limited)How long will the training be for this resource before they are expected to work independently: 2 full weeksInterviews Information (How many interviews, type of interviews): 1 hour Google meet video interview PanelReason for new request: Increase in volume, and expected to increase a bit more over the course of the next couple of months and then die downWhat Top skills/software and previous are most important to you?Salesforce experience (nice to have)strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer-focused solutionsCan multitasking when managing multiple systems and applications during customer interactionsTroubleshoot and resolve customer system and access issues through cases or phone callsCustomer-focused; detail-oriented individualA confident individual who is willing to assume responsibilityAbility to work and make decisions with minimal supervisionLike to see New graduate looking for experience out of college or they will need to have a Minimum of 2 years experience
