This role is responsible for the overall office management and clerical support for our Managed Service Provider (MSP). A high level of organization and personal accountability is required. Our ideal candidate will be motivated, outgoing, and have 2-3 years of previous customer service/administrative experience.

  • Starting base salary up to $45,000 + Competitive bonus structure

    • Provides maintenance of all sub-vendor records and is responsible for the completion and submission of all on-boarding documentation for all registrants.
    • Assists employees to ensure their personal information in GenSERV is accurate and current. Ensures employee data in GenSERV is accurate and current.
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to all business practices.
    • Track account management activities through various reports.
    • Maintain relationships with clients and external employees by providing excellent customer service.
    • Maintain sub-vendor agreements and contracted requirements. This includes (but is not limited to) managing sub-vendors, negotiating bid rates, job orders to increase fill rate, and credentialing of candidate submittals.
    • Prepares various operational reports as directed by the Area Manager or Director.
    • Receive, sort, and prioritize all mail for the Area Manager/Area Director for expediency in processing items requiring signatures or action. Composes routine correspondence.
    • Answers the telephone and provides information or directs calls accordingly.
    • Works independently on special projects and assignments, as assigned.

      • Bachelor's degree preferred
      • 2-3 years of customer service experience required
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
      • Healthcare experience a plus
