Job Description Customer Account Representative ( 2 positions) --- Schaumburg, IL Human Resources - $50,000 base salary bonuses and full benefits (total 1st year compensation $60,000) Hybrid Sr. Customer Account Manager --- Schaumburg, IL $65,000 - $70,000 total annual compensation year one, year two and ongoing typical $90,000 - $100,000 - Hybrid We are now hiring ambitious, motivated Customer Account Professionals to work with our employees, applicants and clients with onboarding, sourcing, interviewing, referencing for our tenured clients. We reward continuous improvement and encourage you to own your own development As a Customer Account Representative, a typical day may include the following: Handling a high volume of inbound calls from our employees to answer questions, provide education, and solve complex HR and financial issues related to job openings, health care benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, logistics, etc. Processing background checks, references, tax and direct deposit updates, timecard processing any research for our clients and or employees. Leveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support. This may include assisting others in navigating the system as well. Creating and updating files in our database and communicating with third parties to research and assist the customer with updates or inquiries. Required Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience, account management or a combination of education and experience: High School diploma and 4 years of customer service experience, OR Associate degree and 2 years or customer service experience, OR Bachelor---s degree A self-starter with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to be flexible, adaptable and dependable in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment Ability to receive and immediately apply constructive feedback Ability to multi-task using several Windows applications at once while assisting a customer on the phone Education: Bachelor---s or Associates degree, or a High School diploma plus equivalent years of related industry experience
