Branch Coordinator: Job Highlights

  • The Branch Coordinator ensures that all operational duties are performed in an efficient manner at the branch location in order to fulfill and exceed customer expectations.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations at the branch.
  • Exhibit teamwork skills alongside the sellers to ensure we have a realistic work schedule and meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Together with Sales Leader, manage staff schedule, dispatching and routing
  • Assist with equipment delivery, install, troubleshooting, minor fixing, cleaning and organizing
  • Ensure Branch location and staff adhere to all company best practices, policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with local Sales Leader to ensure best possible experience for Axis customers and employees
  • Must be, or become, knowledgeable of all Company equipment, pricing, and service & delivery vehicles and Company's service/delivery capabilities.

    This Position will prepare an individual to learn all aspects of the business and grow into a future role in management and/or sales.


    • Work with the outside sales team to ensure the Company's work schedules are in line with customer expectations.
    • Using the company's software tools, ensure rental & sales contracts and invoices are produced accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Responsible for execution and management of all rental reservations and contracts.
    • Dispatch & coordinate delivery/pick up of equipment, parts, service calls & maintain accurate logs.
    • Manage inventory, execute scheduled shop/yard walks, & maintain accurate logs.
    • Issue, receive, & manage purchase orders.
    • Must have a lifting capability of 50lbs.
    • Manage on-call schedule at the branch
    • Manage cash customer activities and communicate process with sellers.
    • Maintain employee files and manage work hours.
    • Operate forklift and load/unload delivery trucks.
    • Deliver/Pick Up & Install of Company equipment as needed from time to time.
    • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by Management.

      Preferred Education, Skills, Competencies:

      • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, not required
      • Must have experience/skill with typical software tools and IT tools. (rental software, Excel, Salesforce)
      • Must be organized and able to multitask.
      • Must be able to work independently and prioritize efficiently.
      • Must be able to work in a team environment.
      • Must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills.
