Job Description:

We are searching for a Printing Support Specialist to work on finishing (wire bind, cutting, drilling, etc), quality check of all jobs, and ad hoc requests. Effectively and professionally communicate with internal customers. This opportunity is conveniently located in Schaumburg and is 100% onsite.RESPONSIBLITIES:--- Work on finishing (wire bind, cutting, drilling, etc)--- Quality check all outgoing jobs--- Check emails throughout the day to verify incoming orders--- High volume of scanning documents to designated folders--- Monitor all equipment, troubleshoot and resolve errors, engage technicians as needed--- Partner with internal customers on their printing needs--- Manage parts and supplies inventory for the procurement team--- Coordinate machine moves, removals and new installations--- Oversee lease expirations and projected end of service datesQUALIFICATIONS:--- 3+ years of relevant experience--- Ideally candidate will have worked at retail printing service company--- Excellent time management skills--- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staffWe're an equal opportunity employer.
