• Enterprise Reporting and DashboardsLooking for -an exciting opportunity with a dynamic and fast-growing business? - Great, we are looking for a Desktop Technician -like YOU! - Prelude -is a busy, high-volume but friendly environment that will suit an organized person with a great eye for detail and plenty of team spirit. -We hire team players who are not only interested in advancing their careers, but motivated to do their best work in supporting our clients. - -You will constantly interact with client management and staff regarding computer technology services and equipment issues. - Your attitude displayed is a representation of Prelude and our core values, and therefore effective communication skills are required to accurately interpret customer needs and take appropriate action. - You must be able to prioritize and execute tasks in a customer-focused environment, manage time and organize work effectively, and be proactive and enthusiastic.As the Desktop Technician, reporting to the Director of Desktop Support -Services, you will be -responsible for providing remote and on-site -technical assistance to our clients by responding to requests submitted to the IT Service Desk. - You will provide technical support for personal computer hardware, application software, operating systems, and connectivity to networks. - -As the onsite resource, you will assist second level support as needed with installation and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure equipment and servers.You will need:
  • Strong focus on customer service.
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in desktop support and configuration.
  • Strong skills with the installation, setup, repair, and patching of computers and related peripherals.
  • Effective written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
