Searching for today's best Injection Molding Service Engineer to join our company as Part Engineer Coordinator.We are seeking a highly motivated fast learner to provide quotes and process orders for our growing team of outside service engineers and organize and promote our Parts / Service business to our customers.Specific responsibilities include:--- - - -Provide customer quotes and process and confirm customer orders via phone, fax and email accurately and in a timely manner.--- - - -Update and notify our service engineers schedule to our team and customers. - - -Prioritize orders by customer's situation, and work with engineers to meet their demands.--- - - -Taking a general service / parts inquiry phone call from customers and providing an answer, -or -navigating the calls to applicable contact persons.--- - - -Maintain and plan inventory of parts, and components.--- - - -Keep parts department (and all resources used to support parts department) clean, orderly and in good working condition--- - - -Work with customers to identify parts via manuals, database, and our factory intranet. Additional assistance may be required through our service engineers.--- - - -Assist customers with all inquiries (ie ship dates, tracking info, etc). Follow up with customers on delivery delays.--- - - -Create and process Purchase Order and Sales Order for customers. - - -Monitor orders through shipping process for prompt delivery to customer.--- - - -Assume responsibility for other related duties as required or assigned.New Grad is welcome.--- - - -3+ years at an injection molding machinery company or plastic injection moldingcompany as a service engineer with proven success are preferred, but not required. -Powered by JazzHR
