Automobile related parts company is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Assistant Sales Manager.This position directly supports the sales of our organization's products in North America and provides ongoing support for the product's distribution channels. This position is also responsible for coordinating with customer management, staff, departments, or facilities to implement and support those activities and keep a good relationship between those parties. The assistant sales manager is expected to both support the sales manager and be able to perform the below critical functions of the sales manager when the manager is unavailable.Manage and Supervise - 30%Sales Promotion - 30%Business Planning and Marketing - 25%IT Management - 5%Other & Miscellaneous - 10%Requirements:7-8 years' of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.--- - - -Language skills -Native level of English and business level of Japanese.
