Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Previous experience in service operation is criticalPrevious experience with industrial and/or commercial equipment is beneficialCustomer service experience/background in a call center or similar environmentAbility to interact with and dispatch workload effectively to field/remote techniciansMust be able to communicate to all levels of customer baseMust be PC literate, knowledge of MS Word and Excel Must be able to multitask and manage time efficientlyEDUCATIONHigh School diploma or equivalentExperience in an interactive customer service environment is a plusEXPERIENCEMinimum of 2 years' experience of customer service and/or field service industryParts Ordering/Processing experience is a plus.SAP experience a plus KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESBasic pc skills including Outlook and Excel applications, excellent telephone and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills.Must know enough English to communicate effectively with customers and document problems encountered or clarify when needed.
