Description: -Responsible for taking inbound calls and emails from third party companies regarding heavy equipment and truck sales, purchasing, and returns. -Most of the day they will handle inbound calls to schedule and dispatch drop-off and pickups of the heavy equipment and trucks while coordinating sales, returns, and further information on the company. -Using ERP system (ASAP) to track parts, orders, and shipments and to gather STOP numbers for customers purchasing the equipment online -Filling, Faxing, Scanning, and uploading photos of the equipment and trucks. Photos can come in from all over the country too. -Help with various office projects and assignments Additional Skills & Qualifications: 1. Customer Service Experience (2-3 years) within Auto Industry - titles/insurance 2. Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel(spreadsheets) 3. Product or equipment returns (knowledge of how that works on the credit and insurance side) 4. ERP software Nice Haves: 1. SAP System 2. Dispatching Experience 3. Having some knowledge of insurance Soft Skills: - Outgoing - Helpful - Team player - Fun and outgoing environment - High level of communication - Detail-oriented - Multiplayer
