• We are hiring immediately for a full-time LEAD, SERVER position.
• Location: Friendship Village - 350 West Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time schedule. 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, weekly schedule varies with rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous lead or server experience preferred.

  Takes and delivers food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
  • Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
  • Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
  • Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
