Customer Service / Business Development / Inside Sales Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative Up to $52,000 per year to start plus great company-sponsored benefits, bonuses and commissions - earn up to $70,000 first year! In this role, you will join a manufacturer of medical devices for the Dental Industry. As Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative your job duties and responsibilities will include: Identifying, engaging and qualifying new sales leads Reaching out by phone and email Identifying key decision-makers Providing product and pricing information Addressing questions and inquiries Assisting with product selection processes Entering and processing orders Updating customer account information Providing post-sales support Educating clients on proper product usage Supporting new and existing customers Serving as an ongoing resource and point of contact for new, existing and former clients Occasionally, attending tradeshows to increase customer engagement Handling special projects Performing other duties as assigned An ideal candidate profile will include: At least 2 years of Inside Sales, Business Development or Account Management experience A High School Diploma or Equivalent Pluses: +++ Fluency in Spanish +++ Related experience with Medical Products or Dental Products +++ Related experience with +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Northwest Suburbs of Chicago - Schaumburg, IL JobGiraffe's client is a specialist in the Dental Products Industry.
