The Candidate must be available Monday through Friday 9:30 am-2:30 pm. The position assists guests and salon consultants via telephone with orders, new accounts, back orders, rebate programs, and maintaining current accounts. Explains and processes customer complaints and overall customer service. Filing, multi-tasking, and computer data entry, are some of the tasks required of the position.
