Ref ID: 01300-0011776262Classification: Financial AnalystCompensation: DOEThe key responsibilities for this role are:* Enterprise Financial Analysis & Modelling: Apply financial modelling expertise to support the organization's efforts to drive performance and improve cash flow. The candidate will own the enterprise level financial models.* Support capital planning by performing ad hoc and periodic scenario analyses.* Partner with finance leaders to manage liquidity to improve working capital and manage risk.* Champion the use of technology to improve processes, forecast accuracy, capital planning and the user experience during planning, forecasting, and budgeting.* Develop valuations for internal analyses and potential M& A acquisitions using discounted cash flow, multiple analysis, accretion/dilution, etc.* Corporate Management Reporting & Analysis: Provide thought leadership and financial stewardship to the shared services leaders (Technology, Finance, Legal and Human Resources).* Exhibit the skills to provide insight to the "numbers behind the numbers," and the associated actions required to drive value. * Lead the development of monthly/quarterly forecasts and the monthly results discussion with senior management.* Communicate with investors (prospective and current) and shareholders in conjunction with the CFO.Job Requirements:Education & Experience?* Undergraduate degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related area.* A CFA, MBA and/or CPA is ideal but not required with 3+ years of financial experience with a strong preference of investment banking, buy/sell side analysis, private equity and/or comparable fields.* Demonstrated track-record using and applying modern technologies (i.e., SAP/SAP HANA) to enhance the use of financial tools.* Financial Analysis and Planning Acumen* Advanced financial modelling capabilities (P& L, cash flow, and balance sheet) at the enterprise and operations levels, including capital planning and M& A opportunities.* Advanced experience with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and other Microsoft Office tools (including Word and PowerPoint).* Strong skills in financial planning, corporate finance, forecasting/budgeting and financial analysis (including valuations)* High-level of knowledge and insight on current business and economic trends with an ability to link these trends to the business model to improve decision making and create value.Robert Half Finance & Accounting matches skilled professionals with remote or on-site jobs in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, audit, taxation and more on a full-time basis.
