Job Description:
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelops work order system
based on OEM recommendations and previous experienceProvides weekly
schedule of needed work based off of production schedules and
equipment availability.Manages the updates and work flow of the PSM
program working with the Refrigeration Supervisor to insure all
regulatory requirements are met on a timely basis.Generate work
orders from PM tasks and manual requests.Generate work orders and
supply follow up on Safety and QA concerns.Change work order status
based on follow up.Provide daily and/or weekly feedback on PSM,
Work Order and PM statusAssign work orders to shift based on
production scheduling requirements.Evaluate equipment failure and
customize the program to address the problems by adjusting PM steps
and procedures based on machine reliability, need, and
use.Responsible for obtaining and kitting parts for PM's that
require parts be replaced.Assists as needed or acts as back up to
other e-Pac system administrators or users.Perform periodic audits
of work performed by others and reports on findings.Provide
training to technicians on the software used.Report and address
potential problem areas.Write preventive maintenance program for
new equipment and into the PSM and E-Pac programs.Build equipment
BOM's based on components on the equipment and input data into
E-Pac.Generate weekly KPI reports as required from e-Pac and other
data bases.Complete all required documentation.Participates in
sensory training and evaluation to help ensure the highest quality
of our products.Suggests ways to control labor and supply costs as
well as improve processes.Ensures that all work activities are
performed with attention to the highest standards for quality,
safety and compliance with all appropriate legal and food safety
requirements and a focus on continuous improvement.Ensures that all
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are followed.Follows all
company policies & procedures as well as the GMP's (Good
Manufacturing Practices).Maintains a high level of safety awareness
for an accident-free work place.Reports any unsafe or hazardous
work conditions or safety-related issues to Management.Accomplishes
all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.Education, Skills
and Experience:EducationMust have High School diploma or
GED.Training classes on computerized preventive maintenance
program,Minimum of one (1) year experience.Skills and
ExperienceAbility to work overtime, irregular hours or rotating
shifts.3 years experience administering a PSM program.3 years of
ammonia service experience.3 years of industrial maintenance
experience.3 years of CMMS experienceStrong verbal and written
communication skills.Proficiency with basic office equipment.Must
understand numbers and apply basic statistics.Ability to compute by
adding, subtracting and averaging numbers.Ability to analyze,
interpret, correlate, and present data.Bilingual English/Spanish
skills helpful.Ability to communicate and work effectively with a
variety of diverse individuals within the plant and corporate
environments.Proficiency in Microsoft applications.Ability to
thrive in a constantly changing environment.Physical Demands and

moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to
airborne particles. Employee may be exposed to extreme hot or cold
temperatures that range from below zero (0) degrees Fahrenheit to
over ninety (90) degrees Fahrenheit. The noise level in the work
environment is usually moderate to loud. While in the plant, the
employee is required to utilize the required personal protective
