Job Description The Job: You notice the particulars others don---t. Club Colors is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor who refuses to settle for good enough. The Production Supervisor will join our fast-paced team with accuracy and accountability because you hold yourself to high standards and expect the same from others. At Club Colors, the Production Supervisor is a key player in our day-to-day operations. Constantly on the move, you---ll be responsible for tracking the success of in-house inventory, production PO---s, meeting in-hands dates, efficiency and quality of products for our clients who are used to best in class quality and service. If it looks wrong, it probably is. If the product doesn---t match the work order, you---re on the phone. If safety and security is sacrificed, you---re solving the problem. If it---s messy, you have it cleaned up. If it---s not square, it---s not right, and you won---t stop until it is. We---re looking for a Production Supervisor who spends each day challenging themselves and others around them. Because at the end of the day, your name is on your work and you stand behind it, because you know you---ve done your best and won---t settle for anything less. Requirements: -- Experience leading a team in a manufacturing-warehouse environment. -- Ability to accurately schedule production hours/capacity -- Excellent communication skills -- Basic computer skill in MS and Outlook -- Ability to read a sales order or pick tickets -- No restrictions in climbing stairs and/or lifting weights up to 50 pounds using a team lift -- Knowledge and experience in driving a forklift a plus. Ability to obtain certification -- Ability to work in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment -- Bilingual a plus but not required.
