Air/Ocean Export Coordinator

Alpi USA is looking for an experienced Air/Ocean Export specialist to join our team Chicago location. We're located in a beautiful new office with many amenities. This is a challenging, fast-paced and rewarding job with lots of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Two years experience in air/ocean export operations is required
  
• CargoWise experience preferred
  Job Description
  
  • Create pre-alerts and notify clients
    
  • Maintain good relations with agents and vendors
    
  • Communicate effectively with clients and origin offices regarding shipment status, special
    handling and delivery process.
    
  • Track shipments to ensure arrival and delivery to destination.
    
  • Process vendor and agent invoices
    
  • Ensure files are organized, billed, complete, and closed in a timely manner.
    
  • Work with and maintain a team environment
    
  • Additional duties as assigned
    
  • Monthly closing of shipments/reports
    
  • Update track and trace and maintain any client reports.
