Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate all construction activities effectively.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams to ensure efficient work flow and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and address any issues or challenges promptly to maintain project progress.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving measures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication.ProfileRequirements:To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on healthcare construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare-specific building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing complex construction projects from start to finish.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire on-site teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
