  • Possess expert level knowledge of Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS)
  • Possess expert level knowledge of the readiness and capabilities of MARCENT and Marine Corps forces in the CENTCOM AOR
  • Ten years' military experienceJob ObjectiveUnder a five-year contract, the Defense Readiness Systems Analyst will support the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands. The scope includes professional services for MARCENT located at MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), Florida, serving as a Component Command to USCENTCOM. The analyst will support the Operations Directorate (G-3) within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside (OCONUS). The G-3 advises the COMUSMARCENT on operations, organizes, directs, and controls USMC operations in the USCENTCOM AOR, validates force requirements, and coordinates Global Force Management (GFM). The G-3 oversees training, readiness, personnel recovery, and force protection, ensuring synchronization of operations and reporting.Responsibilities
    • Provide analysis services supporting the Defense Readiness Reporting System.
    • Review deployment capabilities, analyze readiness factors, develop training, train MARCENT staff, review subordinate reports, develop corrective actions, and prioritize resources. Monitor Situation Reports, personnel, equipment, logistics readiness, and support USMC units in the CENTCOM AOR.
    • Monitor feedback from operational units, review after-action reports, and lessons learned.
    • Review inspection results, develop readiness deficiency lists, and report in the Joint Quarterly Readiness Review (JQRR).
    • Provide current and projected readiness assessments per Service Title 10 responsibilities.
    • Attend meetings and provide Program Review documentation as required.
    • Ensure timely submission of all MARCENT DRRS-S reports and assist units in meeting standards.Education & Certification
