Job Description:

Upper Midwest Territory Manager Company creates interactive software. MUST Experience with audio visual and software industries with the Dealer Network. Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000 plus quarterly bonus potential Heres what youll do: Identify new business opportunities and potential customers. Develop sales quotes and proposals for potential customers. Effectively manage territory and achieve company/sales goals and objectives. Develop a strong working knowledge of products and services " become a subject matter expert in company's technology. Engage with and manage channel partners; support sales demo requests and provide guidance as needed. Actively communicate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast. Work with marketing team to develop promotional materials for demos, road shows, trade shows, and channel partner events. Attend trade shows to demonstrate company technology and engage with new leads. Travel required (20 " 40% possible) Heres what youll be like: Strong ability to deliver on deadlines and manage multiple projects at once. Team player! Strong organizational and time management skills. Highly reliable with ability to think outside of the box when necessary. Self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and the ability to learn quickly. Strong writing and presentation skills and extreme attention to detail, with ability to communicate clearly. Highly competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and by extension, Google Drive. Professional demeanor and ability to engage with customers with ease. Ability to develop relationships internally and externally. Flexible with ability to adapt to changing priorities. Experience selling to higher education a plus. Located in the upper Midwest (Chicago, IL area a plus, not a requirement). You will work directly with our Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and your success will be measured by displaying the above qualities, fulfilling key responsibilities to the satisfaction of the sales team, and pushing yourself to improve in your role on a daily basis. Salary will be commensurate with experience. As an added perk, bonuses and stock options are awarded based on performance. Four year degree is required plus previous software sales experience.
