The VP of Sales Operations will manage and provide strategic direction to the Sales Operations function in support of our broader sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a disruptive fintech organization with a highly differentiated business model and amazing culture.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience in both building and leading a Sales Operations function that includes a focus on sales enablement, analytics, forecasting, sales process, deal management, sales methodology, sales automation/tools, quotas, and compensation. What will I be doing?

  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the resources they need to close more deals. These resources include but are not limited to onboarding, training, content, tools, knowledge, and information to most effectively sell NMI products.
  • Planning, Analytics & Forecasting: Work with Sales Leadership and FP&A to design quota/coverage models and drive the annual business planning process which includes defining budgets, setting and deploying quotas, compensation plans, forecasting, data integrity, and KPIs/Dashboarding.
  • Deal Desk Management: Support Sales Leadership on pricing, deal structure, and terms/conditions approval process that include cross functional executive review and automated approval/compliance processes.
  • Sales Process & Methodology: Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure teams are following sales methodology and that Sales Leadership is continuously reinforcing this methodology with appropriate systems and processes.
  • Sales Automation and Systems: Collaborate and support the Director of Business Applications and Marketing team to maintain all systems and software tools required by the sales organization including Salesforce.com and other supporting systems.

    Requirements

    The experience and skills youll need:
    • 7+ Years Experience in building and leading a Sales Operations team in a fast growth technology company.
    • A growth mindset and strong people development focus to build, nurture, and support a rapidly growing Sales Operations organization.
    • Highly collaborative and inclusive leadership style, able to work together with Sales Leadership, Executives, and other adjacent teams to drive process improvements and fast growth.
    • Proven experience in building out sales enablement processes and tools to support the revenue team
    • Strong leadership skills; experience of managing a team and overseeing Sales Operations.

    • People oriented and results driven
    • Knowledge of Saleforce.com and other sales enablement systems
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
