Job Description PROFESSIONAL NATIONAL SALES POSITION NEEDED IN ALL STATES PLEASE READ QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION --- Full time job: Sales position that will include launch/stabilization/growth strategy. --- Take direction from the Regional Logistics Operations Manager and provide feedback/input to the effectiveness of the operation. --- Essential duties and responsibilities: o Work with CRI team to execute the operating plan/strategy for CRI. o National Sales Calls for new and existing customers; high volume of incoming calls, aid in answering questions and resolving issues. o Communicate effectively and professionally --- Interface with employees, warehouse staff, drivers, transportation partners, and vendors on a regular basis. --- Training time at home office to understand products and services of the recycling business to be determined depending on experience. --- Future outside sales. Qualifications preferred be relayed industry: --- Minimum of 3 to 5 years commercial paper procurement sales experience. --- Experience and knowledge in pallets sales. --- Have existing client base. --- Quickly assess information and make decisions --- Multi-task and navigate multiple systems --- Excellent verbal, written and keyboarding skills --- Customer oriented, able to understand customers needs and prioritize them accordingly. --- Proficient with (Microsoft Office programs, Word and Excel; QuickBooks & CieTrade) --- Speaks Spanish (a plus) --- Understanding the value of a long-lasting relationship, delivering to both the business and our customers. --- Cie-Trade a plus Benefits: --- 401K --- Health / Medical Plan --- Dental / Vision --- Salary commensurate with experience --- Bonus --- Home office: state of residence Company Description Combined Resources has been a successful recycling partner in the industry for over 30 years.
