Unlike a startup, we're part of a company that has the resources to do great things now.Job DescriptionThe Director, WW Sales Operations Analytics & Strategyrole is a key partner toour field sales organization, responsible for providing strategic support with sales Data and Analytics frameworks with the goal of exceeding short and long term financial goals. This role will have a team of Data and Reporting Analysts with Data integrity, Sales reporting and analytics as their primary tasks. The role will report to our Sr. Director of Global Strategy Channel and Sales Operations. -Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of key value drivers to identify growth opportunities. Develop key insights for executive-level presentations and drive critical business decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional critical initiatives to accelerate productivity across the field organizations. Drive Motorola Solutions VS&A transformation to subscription offerings and achieve overall corporate objectives.
  • Partner with leaders to create business strategies and build business cases for potential headcount investments. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, and drive the follow-through of those recommendations with the Sales Operations team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support executive deliverables such as Board Reviews, Exec QBRs, and related duties as assigned.
  • Pursue relentless collaboration with the field sales organization to drive increased productivity through insights and predictive analysis.
  • Drive process and business systems improvements by crafting business requirements, managing subsequent cross-functional request intakes and execution of end-to-end processes for the Sales Operations department. Relentlessly seek out root cause problems and address them to drive cross functional improvements.
  • Partner with applicable departments to build in-depth knowledge of our Go-to-Market Analytics landscape & business processes to better leverage our current tools and identify key opportunities for improvements.
  • Develops technical solutions using available platforms (Tableau, Salesforce, Etc.) and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems and workflow solutions.
  • Provides expertise on the use of company or third-party software products as it relates to the infrastructure and goals.
  • Interacts with senior internal and external personnel to gain support for solutions and implementation objectives.
  • Provide updates to key initiatives & roadmaps to leadership including key perspectives from other regions; identify areas of alignment needed across regions.Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree or related experience in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Economics, - Master's is a plus.
    • 5+ years working in a sales operations organization supporting Reporting and Analytics, Sales planning or similar.
    • Experience in developing and/or executing sales and marketing technology programs, with experience around needs assessment and systems rollout in the sales and marketing space.
    • Experience in driving and leading change in a fast pace environmentBasic Requirements
