Job Description This position is located in Park Ridge, IL 60068. We are a small internet consulting, managed service provider, and web development firm comprised of fun and dedicated technologists seeking another individual to join our quickly growing family We provide IT managed services, custom development, and hosting to a wide range of clients in the Chicagoland area. We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual to work in our fast-paced office environment as a Marketing and Sales Specialist focused on our MSP (IT Managed Service Provider) offerings. This Marketing and Sales Specialist will qualify leads, develop new and current Managed Service Provider (MSP) opportunities, manage open RFPs (requests for proposal), achieve sales quotas, and ensure that complete and accurate information is maintained in our CRM database. We are looking for someone who thrives in a consultative sales role and is able to establish rapport with current customers and prospects. You will be expected to contribute to all aspects of Realnets solutions and participate in strategic alliance-based initiatives and programs related to current and future go-to-market strategies. What You'll Do Focus on growing the MSP segment of the company Follow up on all assigned MSP leads. Qualify, negotiate and close deals Participate in identifying, recruiting and developing new MSP opportunities For existing customers, call on and develop relationships with an emphasis on expanding their portfolio. Account expansion and retention Coordinate the completion and delivery of RFP/Proposal responses, making sure they are complete and delivered on time Support other sales opportunities as assigned Be operationally excellent in the day-to-day running of the business including (but not limited to) supporting pipeline development, forecasting, account planning, sales cycle management, collaboration, teamwork, and best practice sharing Develop Marketing and Sales materials and presentations Help organize and participate in Marketing and Sales events Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns Developed documentation for special projects as assigned Sales / company research Your Qualifications Proven ability to communicate effectively in presentations via telephone and computer with all levels within an organization Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Proven self-starter with a motivated attitude to manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities at the same time Strong organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills History of successfully meeting deadlines Knowledge of CRMs Good writing, editing, and proof-reading skills Ability to coordinate multiple projects / tasks concurrently Knowledge of IT Managed Service and/or technology University/Bachelor 's degree or equivalent experience required Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.--- Company Description Real Network Solutions, Inc.
