Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization near the Schaumburg, IL area and they are looking to add a Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to their established firm. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. You will be working directly with assigned customer accounts to verify orders and accurately enter into SAP.
As our ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within a product-based organization. You will have strong customer service and order management skills with the ability to problem solve and resolve customer issues. You will receive a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package.
Responsibilities:

  • Establish productive, meaningful, and professional relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage the processing of order entry and execution of orders into SAP.
  • Manages demand forecasts for assigned accounts and corresponding discussions around forecast variance.
  • Ensures inventory is available for assigned accounts.
  • Address costing and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Review orders and assist with any discrepancies on the orders. Answer questions regarding pricing, shipment status, and product availability.
  • Develop quotations for customers on new business opportunities.
  • Create and distribute sales orders for fulfill customer demand.
  • Proactively assess and validate assigned customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage and resolve invoice discrepancies with assigned customers.

    Experience:
    • 1+ years of customer service or order management experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
    • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
      Education:
      • Bachelor's Degree
        Industry:
        • Manufacturing or distribution.
        • Product based organization.
          Skills:
          • Ability to be detail oriented.
          • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
          • Exceptional follow-up skills.
          • Self-starter who takes initiative.
