today! Compensation: $75,000 at plan commission Responsibilities:
Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so
our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure
all sales goals are met Maintain and grow existing business
opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand
our sales results Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers
to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through
the listing and closing process Understanding client needs and
offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
Qualifications: You are a natural organizer, everything in its
place and your time management skills are spot on A pro on the
phone with the ability to make a sale Is dynamic, articulate and
well-spoken Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific
CRM and marketing/lead technologies Passionate about selling Real
