financial and operational leadership to senior management to drive
revenue growth, sales execution, and customer experience
improvement across direct, retail, field, and indirect channels.
This role delivers actionable insights to inform decision-making,
identifies risks and opportunities, and ensures strong financial
governance while leading a high-performing finance team. Job
Description Core Responsibilities Serve as a trusted finance
partner to senior leadership, supporting business planning,
forecasting, and in-year execution. Provide clear, data-driven
insights that enable growth-focused and operational decisions.
Analyze financial and operational performance across sales
channels, retail stores, field sales, and indirect partners .
Identify opportunities to improve sales channel execution, field
productivity, and revenue performance , translating insights into
actionable recommendations. Evaluate investment returns, cost
structures, and profitability to support sustainable growth.
Support retail store optimization through performance analysis of
traffic, conversion, cost efficiency, and execution effectiveness.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess initiatives that
improve the customer experience while delivering financial returns.
Provide financial oversight and performance analysis for indirect
and partner channels. Identify risks and opportunities related to
partner execution, economics, and customer outcomes. Lead, develop,
and coach Finance team members; drive accountability, continuous
improvement, and high performance. Proactively identify process,
capability, and resource improvements to increase team
effectiveness. Performs additional Business Operations duties and
tasks as required. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and
discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and
punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends,
variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and

Location Pay Range: $110,691.94 - $166,037.91 Comcast intends to
offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent
on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The

the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later. Base
pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to
compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales
positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an
applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may
