What You’ll Do As a Transition Specialist, you will provide hands-on assistance to seniors and their families during relocation, downsizing, estate sales, and home clean-outs. No two days are the same, but your core responsibilities will include: Client Support & Transition Assistance Provide compassionate, world-class service to clients navigating significant life changes. Assist in downsizing, decluttering, and organizing belongings with care and sensitivity. Pack and unpack household items, helping to create a comfortable and functional new living space. Stage, sort, and label personal belongings for Keep, resale, donation, or disposal. Logistics & Physical Tasks Lift and move items (up to 25 lbs); larger items are handled by professional movers. Clean and prepare homes for sale or new residents. Travel locally to various client locations (Chicagoland area). What We’re Looking For We value empathy, integrity, and efficiency.
