Accounting Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting financial
operations. You'll work closely with the finance team to ensure
accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, maintain
customer account records, and perform essential data entry tasks
using QuickBooks and our internal database. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process accounts payable transactions with accuracy and
timeliness Maintain up-to-date customer account records in
QuickBooks and internal systems Perform accurate data entry of
financial and vendor information Reconcile vendor statements and
resolve discrepancies Support monthly financial reporting and
assist with audit preparation Qualifications: Experience with
QuickBooks is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational
skills Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry A passion for
